Chris brings extensive experience in station management and herd productivity to his role as KPCA’s Biosecurity Officer. Throughout the first half of 2025, Chris will be running biosecurity training across the Kimberley and Pilbara and into the Gascoyne — ideal for start-of-season inductions. These sessions are all about practical, hands-on learning to help prevent disease, boost herd resilience, and meet industry standards.
Stations are encouraged to contact Chris if you would like a visit to discuss your biosecurity preparedness and what to expect in the event of an emergency animal disease incursion.
When he’s not out in the paddock, you’ll find Chris spending time with his family, working his beloved horses, or at a local rodeo. If you see him on the road, don’t hesitate to stop for a yarn, he’s always keen to chat about ways to keep your herd strong and your operation running at its best.
