Having grown up on Mandora Station south of Broome, I have always been deeply passionate about the Northern Beef industry. I am currently the owner manager of Yanrey Station, located off the Gulf of Exmouth in the West Pilbara. We also operate backgrounding properties in the south along with a small livestock trucking company. I am an active member of our local community, which has helped in understanding the issues faced by our industry, and also the vision of our regions.

As a pastoralist, I believe there are always ways to improve our processes to achieve the best outcome possible for the livestock, people and land under our care. The KPCA can help champion and showcase innovations and improvements to ensure pastoralists can access this information.

There is a great future ahead for the agricultural industry, and I look for avenues to share this enthusiasm with the next generation of leaders through the KPCA.
