James is a fourth-generation stockman whose family has a long history of involvement in Kimberley
Beef. He grew up on properties and spent most of his young adult life on his family block, Kalyeeda,
on the Fitzroy before taking up the position of Station Manager on Napier Downs. A previous chair of the Beef Research
Committee and now as a member of the KPCA Executive, James has a great passion in furthering north Western Australia’s beef industry.
